This book examines great companies and offers insights regarding what took them from good companies to great companies.  A great deal has to do with leadership.  But leadership isn’t everything!

 

Focusing on what you do good only makes you good…the only path to great is focusing on what you can do best.  It took the average “good to great” company four years to find their focus.
